•How long does it take to receive my order? 

  -Bundles are shipped out within 2 days of purchase,  you should receive your hair 1-3 days after depending on USPS. 

• Can I choose the shipping company?

  -In an effort to keep shipping costs low, we only use USPS at the moment. 

•Can I pay for expedited shipping?

  -we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

•I’m in LA, can I just pick up my order?

  -Local pickup is only available if you have a hair appointment scheduled with the owner. If you would like to purchase EdgeSLAY or SlayGro in person, LAX BEAUTY SUPPLY in Gardena exclusively carries them.

•Do you ship outside of the US? 

  -Yes! We ship worldwide! Taxes & shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to customerservice@shopslaycollection.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Slay Collection online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.shopslaycollection.com.

    *** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
     
     
    Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. 
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, unraveled and have original tags attached. 
      Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. 
      Slay Collection  is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
